关于2021年秋季学期来华留学研究新生

线上报到注册工作的通知

全体来华留学研究新生:

根据当前疫情防控需要和学校《关于2021年夏秋季学期学生报到和有关教学安排的通知》要求,我校2021年秋季学期全体研究新生实行线上报到注册,现将来华留学研究新生线上报到注册工作具体安排通知如下:


一、线上报到注册时间

2021级研究生新生于8月26日-9月5日进行线上报到注册。


二、线上报到注册流程

请各位来华研究生新生及时关注邮箱、电话、学院微信群或QQ群等消息通知,我院已建立各类微信群,请未加入的同学查收邮件以便查看报到工作安排。

1.提交2021级研究生新生线上报到注册材料,具体如下:

(1)硕士生:新生录取通知书、本人护照(信息页、最新签证页(如在华))、本科毕业证书。

(2)博士生:新生录取通知书、本人护照(信息页、最新签证页(如在华))、硕士学位证书。

(3)所有新生须提交个人签名的《入学确认承诺函》(附件2)

2.根据《南京理工大学研究生管理规定》因故不能按期报到者,应事先凭有关证明书面向国际教育学院请假,请假期限一般不超过2周;未请假或者请假逾期的,除不可抗力等正当事由以外,视为放弃入学资格。

(1)主动放弃入学资格的学生需提交手写的《放弃入学资格申请》(附件3)。

(2)如因不可抗力无法进行线上学习的新生,需提交手写的《南京理工大学留学新生保留入学资格申请表》(附件4),国际教育学院将根据申请理由在两周内反馈申请意见。

3.国际教育学院将于9月10日前在国际学生管理服务平台“迎新服务”应用中标记已完成线上报到的新生。


请于9月5日前将以上材料通过PDF格式压缩至文件夹,发送至XYZeng@njust.edu.cn。邮件以申请编号+姓名+护照号命名


三、其它事项

1.请2021级来华留学研究生新生及时关注学校、研究生院、国际教育学院网页和邮件通知,正式报到时间确定后会提前发布通知。

2.新生保险、住宿费(银联卡支付)、宿舍钥匙和校园卡发放等事宜待进校后再办理。

3.研究生新生到校报到时仍需提交相关报到材料的原件(相关通知将于近期发布)。

Notice on Online Registration for 2021 Postgraduate Students


Dear new postgraduate students:

According to the epidemic prevention and control measures and the university’s notice on Student Registration and Teaching Arrangements for Fall Semester of 2021, all new postgraduate students is required to register online. Please refer to the following detailed online registration instructions: 


Ⅰ. Online Registration Time:

26th August -5th September, 2021


Ⅱ. Online Registration Process:

Please pay attention to updated notice via email, phonecall, WeChat group or QQ group, etc., most of the new postgraduate students have already joined in the Wechat group, if you are not in any group, please check your email.

1. Please submit the scanned materials as required below:

(1) Master students: Admission Notice, passport (information page, latest visa page (if in China), Undergraduate degree certificate.

(2) Doctoral students: Admission Notice, passport (information page, latest visa page (if in China), Master degree certificate.

(3) All new postgraduate students are required to submit COMMITMENT LETTER OF ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION (attachment 2). 

2. According to the Regulations on Postgraduate Management of Nanjing University of Science & Technology, those who fail to register on time should ask for leave from the School of International Education with relevant application in advance. The duration is generally no more than 2 weeks. Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave after the deadline are viewed as giving up the admission qualification.  

(1) Students who voluntarily give up their admission qualification should submit APPLICATION FOR GIVING UP OF ADMISSION (attachment 3). 

(2) Students who are unable to study online due to force majeure should submit APPLICATION FORM FOR PRESERVING ADMISSION QUALIFICATION (attachment 4). School of International Education will evaluate application and reply within two weeks.

3. School of International Education will assess the new students who have completed online registration before September 10th.


Please send above materials via email in PDF format and named the file as: application number + name + passport number to XYZeng@njust.edu.cn before 5th Sept. 


Ⅲ. Others

1. Please check the updated information via website, email or Wechat group regularly. 

2. Student insurance, Dormitory key, Student cards and Accommodation fee (only accept UnionPay card) will be offered or paid upon on your arrival.

3. The original documents of registration materials are still required for checking upon on your arrival (the notice will be sent soon).
